I have reviewed your feedback and shared it with our team that was working that day.
Regarding the technical issues that arose, if they were due to building power outages or computer freezes, please know that we always do our very best to accommodate all of our test takers and assist them in any way we can. Unfortunately, sometimes these issues are truly beyond our control.
My staff informed me that you arrived late to your test. If you have trouble finding inlingua in the future, please call us before the test day. It’s important to arrive on time, as we must follow IELTS and CELPIP policies — we are not permitted to allow late test takers to sit for the exam. The staff also confirmed that you received an email with our location details and instructions to arrive 45 minutes before your test.
We have three separate entrances, all with signs pointing directly to our school, which makes it much easier to find us as we’re close to each entrance.
Our team acknowledges your feedback, and if you’d like to discuss your concerns further, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter.
