Expérience négative: If you are Arab, I strongly advise you to stay away from this institute. ‏In my personal experience, the teacher treated Arab students very differently, and his behavior felt discriminatory. It was clear to me that he does not seem to like Arab students, and this made the environment very uncomfortable.

Expérience négative: Very very disappointing and unprofessional experience! We registered a relative for classes, but after a month of follow-ups, they said they didn’t have a suitable class available. We requested a refund, but they stopped responding to our emails. It’s been over two months and six messages with no reply. Even in-person visits didn’t help; staff said they couldn’t process refunds or share a contact number. Their center is dead and they do not refund!

Expérience négative: Sadly, nothing like the old LLI anymore. They bought out the London Language Institute and very sneakily changed to a name with the exact same abbreviation. All the staff is changed and the customer service becomes horrible. They don't care about the contracts and lie about refund policies even though you have shown them all the necessary documents. The other reviews are right, they're all about money. You'd better be prepared for the struggles and frustrations if you request a withdrawal and a refund because they won't easily give it back once they get your money. Their business integrity is definitely questionable. Save yourself time and money. Avoid at all cost.

Expérience négative: I have been in this language institute for couple months, then I really can not take their discrimination any more. So left without having any refund. There is a teacher whose name is Matt, he is a extreme racist. He worships European students and very dislikes Chinese students. Every time, when he talks about the context, he mentioned China negatively. He said a lot of bad things about Chinese people. I was the only Chinese student in that class, I was so sad and angry, I tried to speak to the director to stop him from being so racist. The director told me: “Matt has been my friend for 10 years, my school counts on him. “ that means he will do nothing about it. Yes, that's a business, he needs money to run the company. that is a very disappointing response. so I dropped that class without having my money back. Then write a letter to report him. Hopefully, students don't come here, if you have more choices. This is a private company, they don't protect and care for students' rights but for money. If you want to learn English, apply for a college or university Language program! They have free insurance and well-being services, and more importantly they will never ignore discrimination. Please do not go LLI!

Expérience négative: Don't pay $1560 and spend a month on their TESOL program. You can get your accredited TESOL certificate for $20 at your own pace from Magic Ears easily. This way you won't be overcharged and won't have to deal with snooty teachers.

Expérience fantastique: Thanks for teaching, I'm glad to study here, know a lot of knowledge and have some real friends. I truly make huge progress from not totally zero to some fluent, especially in academic writing and speaking, in this school for six months. I love every teacher Matt, Wanda, Brian, Craig, Shari and JP who taught me, especially Matt, my favorite teacher. He is so cute, responsible and accurate though he looks serious. Hope Craig can get better soon, we, specially Ayaka, wanted to take pics with him but failed in the last week. And Wanda disappeared so fast after the final test, we tried to find her for several times around all floors.

What makes LLI very unique and special is not only the hight level of professional teaching and the extremely qualified teachers , but also the feeling of belonging to a family! I felt like I’m spending a very wonderful time with my family. it’s been only 2 months for me , but I learned many things as well as I had so much fun I can say that this was one of the best experiences in my life Justin and Paula and all LLI staff, you were so helpful and kind with me. Expérience fantastique: I studied at LLI 3 months ago. I had a wonderful experience at LLI :) So I just want to thank Paula, Valeeta, all the teachers at LLI. I can confidently recommend LLI to others who want to learn English. LLI has a great environment to study with wonderful teachers. In particular, I'd like to mention Craig who was my core teacher for 2 months. I was a bad student before I met him. But I studied hard not to let him down since he taught me. Because he showed us strong faith and effort and encouraged us. I was able to become an English teacher when I returned to Korea because of him. I hope I become a good teacher like him. He is the best teacher ever. Of course, LLI is the best school. Thank you<3

Expérience positive: I studied 2011 for almost one year and it was interesting beneficial experiment, teachers were very nice with all students and helpful. I will never forget Ms. Lori, Ms.Janevar and Mr.Chris they are the best ever.
