3 months ago Fantastic experience: I just finished the CElPIP general test and I think overall the experience was quite nice. To be honest, the first test I book was this Monday and they ran into some technical difficulties therefore had to reschedule everyone’s test. We were asked to send email or call to the number they provided, it was a little frustrating but I think they feel the same, too. The process was smooth and all the staff knows what to do and if you have questions they will answer. The computer I had was pretty nice, the volume was loud enough for me to hear not just from mine headset but from others headset too. I don’t mind this because I have very bad hearing.

4 months ago Negative experience: I just finished taking the Celpip exam at this facility, it is a very sensitive and important exam for immigrants. Despite this their computers kept turning off, freezing and some of my answers were lost. This is particularly concerning as these technical failures were extremely disruptive and made my overall mindset tense and quite frankly angry. After talking to a supervisor (who was cordial, this is not a personal attack). I was told they couldn't handle this issue and that I should speak directly to CELPIP. This to me seemed as lacking of ownership and responsibility since the issue was completely reliant on faulty hardware. I usually do not complain about issues such as these, however. You Inlingua, as an institution that provides services that actually may affect the course of a life should take these concerns more seriously.

5 months ago Negative experience: Hello, I took the IELTS exam about two weeks ago and my results still haven’t been released. I contacted IELTS support and they told me that the reason for the delay should be known by my test center. However, when I called the test center about a week ago, they told me they had no information. I urgently need my test results for my university applications and at this point I don’t know who I am supposed to reach out to. This has been a truly terrible experience. Additionally, the email I sent to the test center has not been answered for four days. If possible, I recommend choosing a more professional test center.

If you want to use the washroom before starting the test, you have to wait until a staff member takes the whole group there. Then everyone has to wait for each other near the washroom and return together to the test area. It feels uncomfortable and a humiliating.

6 months ago Negative experience: Honestly, I don’t understand how they keep ignoring so many bad reviews. The service keeps getting worse, yet they seem boosted by a few suspiciously fake positive ones. Whenever something goes wrong on their end, they just copy-paste the same excuse “Unfortunately, technical issues can sometimes arise such as internet disruptions that are beyond our control.” But when it’s on your side? Oh, then it’s the end of the world! Whether it’s a last-minute arrival or a small technical issue, they act like you’ve committed a crime. Just a heads-up for anyone planning to go there, do a recce before your test day. Their office is in the basement with three secret entrances . Maybe bring a mat and camp there overnight so nothing stops you from showing up on time. Because if anything goes wrong, even on their side, you’ll still be blamed. And if it turns out to be another one of their “internet disruptions,” well... treat yourself to a lollipop — because at that point, what else can you do? Lost $330 hard earned money and heading back to sidney by bus loosing 4 precious hour and work shifts

Regarding the technical issues that arose, if they were due to building power outages or computer freezes, please know that we always do our very best to accommodate all of our test takers and assist them in any way we can. Unfortunately, sometimes these issues are truly beyond our control.
My staff informed me that you arrived late to your test. If you have trouble finding inlingua in the future, please call us before the test day. It’s important to arrive on time, as we must follow IELTS and CELPIP policies — we are not permitted to allow late test takers to sit for the exam. The staff also confirmed that you received an email with our location details and instructions to arrive 45 minutes before your test.
We have three separate entrances, all with signs pointing directly to our school, which makes it much easier to find us as we’re close to each entrance.
Our team acknowledges your feedback, and if you’d like to discuss your concerns further, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter.

From the very beginning, they guided me with the proper instructions and helped me with the small but important things like arranging photos, keeping my bag safe, and making sure I felt comfortable before the exam started.
