Negative experience: No parking instructions provided, also no way to pay parking(checked apps and the road) on the road, received a parking ticket months later in the mail. What a bad business. They should have some kind of arrangement considering the fact that Saskatchewan test centres are in the cities. It’s not their fault but it surely is their responsibility. No email instructions about parking or anything. I travelled overnight to attend that test.

Fantastic experience: My experience with CANESL was amazing! They were so helpful and kind, all staff are great! Especially Fahad who was extremely helpful! They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I had to submit my test results on a tight deadline and their was no spots left, after expressing my concerns they immediately opened up a spot and did everything they could even opening on Sunday which is not a regular day they open. It was heartwarming to have such great customer service and care throughout my process. Especially since my experience with other companies hasn’t been the best. I definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Just had my IELTS test at the Centre today. Having said that the facility looks really nice and organized with all necessary equipment for the test. The service is excellent. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Laya and Salmib are the two nice ladys with great smile. They are willing to support and answer my request in a positive attitude. Truly recommend
