Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with Francolangue, Staff are easy to talk to if you have questions such as Patrick and Emery. Super nice. They do offer some classes as well. I would recommend for anyone who is not a French speaker and want to pass the exam.

Fantastic experience: I had a very amazing experience from booking my TCF exam until the day I wrote the exam even though I only did the Oral exam and couldn’t complete the rest because I was very sick. The staff and the invigilator are very understanding, helpful and highly professional. If I am to take it again, I will definitely come back here and I highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for a well and organized place to take their exam. Wonderful test centre. J’ai aussi recommandé ce centre à un ami. Malheureusement, le centre fermait ce jour-là, mais le responsable a pris le temps de l’aider personnellement et de l’orienter vers un autre centre pour qu’il puisse passer son test. Un grand merci pour ce geste très humain et professionnel ! Je recommande fortement FrancoLangues pour leur accueil, leur sérieux et leur sens du service !

Fantastic experience: Je viens de Montréal et j’ai dû me déplacer jusqu’à Ottawa pour passer mon TCF dans cette école, et je peux dire que ça valait vraiment le déplacement. Je tiens à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle du service. L’équipe est professionnelle, accueillante et toujours prête à aider. L’organisation de l’examen était impeccable : tout était clair, rapide et très bien encadré. Les locaux sont confortables et adaptés, ce qui m’a permis d’être à l’aise et confiant le jour du test. Je recommande vivement cette école à toute personne souhaitant améliorer son français ou passer un test officiel dans un environnement sérieux et chaleureux. Fantastic experience: J’ai eu une très bonne expérience à FrancoLangues, pour passer le TCF. Le personnel est vraiment humain, patient et disponible. Le jour du TCF, tout s’est très bien passé : ambiance calme, personne ne met la pression. Franchement, rien à redire !

Negative experience: Attention : Ils ne sont pas sérieux. Ils ont annulé le rendez‑vous à la dernière minute en prétextant que c’était « hors de leur volonté ». Le pire, c’est qu’ils ne nous proposent pas un autre rendez‑vous rapproché. C’est très grave pour un test professionnel. Leur attitude démontre un manque de professionnalisme, et à ce jour je n’ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement.

Negative experience: Une expérience très frustrante. Après avoir investi mon temps, mon énergie et mon argent dans la préparation du TCF, l’examen a été annulé à quelques jours de la date prévue. Aucune solution réelle, aucune prise de responsabilité, aucune anticipation. On s’attend ici au Canada à un minimum d’organisation, surtout pour un examen officiel. Malheureusement, ce centre ne semble pas capable de garantir la fiabilité nécessaire. Pour éviter stress et perte de temps, je conseille à ceux qui veulent passer le TCF de se diriger vers des centres plus sérieux (par exemple, Alliance Française).

Negative experience: J’ai passé mon teste de français dans ce centre et honnêtement, je le recommande pas. L’accueille des examinateurs étais froid et peu professionnel. On ne se sent ni bienvenue ni alaise pendant l’examen ce qui augmente inutilement le stress . Le manque de gentillesse et d’empathie du personnel donne une impression très négative dès l’arrivée. Je conseille à ceux qui cherchent à un environnement respectueux et bienveillant de choisir un autre centre.

Negative experience: I did TCF twice, once with Aliance Francaise and once here so I can compare the conditions of the exam. Francolangues is just terrible. 1. They will not give you any decent organizational information. I had to reach out to them that my exam is within 2 days and I still do not know anything. They replied me one day before the exam with an email they considered to be organizational (I guess) - just the instructions how to find their office and how to use French keyboard. Nothing else. 2. They just do not give a crap about having the exam day organized. Upon my arrival, I came into the waiting room full of other candidates, there was no one from the staff present. Only after couple minutes, somebody came, did not even introduce himself, made me sign some papers and left again without a word. 3. The oral exam was done with an extremely unpleasant lady who chewed her chewing gum the whole time, was arrogant and apparently mentally someplace else since in the middle of my task she randomly started to use the formal French (vouvoyer) even though my task was a chat between two friends so no reason for that. On top of that, she spoke in such a silent voice, I had to ask her to repeat the instructions for my last part - and not because of my level of French. 4. After the oral part, the second member of staff took me to the examination room. YES THEY ESCORT EVERYBODY INDIVIDUALLY TO THE ROOM SO DURING YOUR 2.5HR TEST YOU WILL BE REPEATEDLY DISTURBED BY CANDIDATES COMING AND LEAVING. Not to mention that this whole time you will be sitting in a tiny smelly room without any window. 5. Additionally, there is no examinator present in the room so I guess you can do whatever you please? Anyone who has done TCF knows, that after the QCM part, you need to enter your candidate code once more and only then you can start the writing exam. Alliance Francaise will give you this code at the beginning of exam, Francolangues however doesn't. What that meant was, that I HAD TO GET UP AND GO LOOK FOR THE EXAMINATOR WHO WAS HALF ASLEEP BEHIND HIS DESK IN ANOTHER OFFICE. How crazy is that? 6. They retained the results for 3 additional days which can be easily checked by comparing the day of issuance on the certificate and the day of them sending the certificate. 7.This was my 2nd TCF attempt so I was able to compare my performance and I was sure that I did better than my first time. What a surprise, 3 of 4 parts were substantially improved (by a whole NCLC level) but my grade for writing decreased by 2 points which did not make any sense. TCF lets you apply for reevaluation so that is what I did. Unfortunately, you have to reapply through the same test centre not the France Education directly. Francolangues was EXTREMELY hesitant to let me do the reevaluation and tried to actively discourage me. They even took it so far that they offered me a 100 dollars discount (the discount is higher than the price for reevaluation btw) IF I DON'T APPLY FOR REEVALUATION AND BOOK ANOTHER EXAM WITH THEM. Which is not only extremely sketchy but also deeply unethical. 8. After 4 weeks of waiting (which could be caused by France Education being shut down due to the summer holiday), I tried to check my results through the QR code on my certificate. Surprise surprise, my writing grade was up from 9 points to 12 points (!!). Francolangues however sent me the new certificate only after my follow-up with them, claiming they just received it. What a shame I cannot see when was the certificate actually updated because I am absolutely sure they sat on it again. And the worst part of all is, that due to their absolute incompetency and unfairness, I missed the first French Draw after 5 months. If they evaluated me fairly and correctly, I would have been included. So, save yourself a lot of nerves, money and time, and just book TCF with Alliance Francaise or go do TEF at Algonquin College instead. I have absolutely no idea how this place can be certified by the Canadian government or France Education because it is a joke.

Positive experience: J'ai passé le tcf canada été desbon gens, parfait tranquille bon endroit, sauf que j'ai été entrain de passé examen dans compréhension orale ils sont resté ouvrir et fermé la porte et discuté avec les candidats que sont viens en retard, pour dire le post et comme faire etape ça et bon chose, mais il faut faire d'hore la salle d'examen psq tu va invect sur les autres

Fantastic experience: I conducted TCF exam with Francolangues 5 times (yes, I'm not so fast learer) and I can tell you that the team is very friendly and supportive. - Overall ambiance is calm and soothing. - The office is located on the ground floor and accessible for people with disabilties. - The examination rooms are not big, so there will no noisy, distracting environment whatsoever during exams. - Free parking lot in front of building I strongly recommend to use Francolangues services.
