However, staff member Neha made sure I was properly guided from the lobby to the waiting room. She clearly explained all the do’s and don’ts related to the test and provided clear instructions. The entire process was very well organized, from check-in to entering the test room. I really appreciated her professionalism and helpful attitude.

It’s a friendly community with people from all over the world, where you learn English in class and through daily communication with friends. The institute offers many activities in addition to classes. The director, Sana, is very kind and one of the best teachers at the school, if you have a problem in Bays, she's the one to solve it. Being here is a good experience :)

The activities were repetitive and i did not learn very much. Other students felt the same way. Also when i requested some documents for the university pathway program to get into a school, i received no response. I highly suggest anyone looking to take their education in english seriously not to go here. 0 stars if possible.

Expérience fantastique: My experience at Bayswater was wonderful. I was able to improve my English with all the teachers, but especially with the incredible teacher Myia. She is truly fantastic, knows how to teach in various ways, and has a passion for teaching that I've seen in few people. I'm a teacher too, so I can give an accurate assessment. I believe the school should just give better attention to people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder like me. In the classroom, we have more time to take the tests compared to the level-advancing test. The school should pay more attention to this situation; 15 more minutes would be ideal, I believe.I believe 100% in inclusion in all its forms, and as a specialist in this area in Brazil, I see a slight lack of commitment from the school towards the students. But overall, I really like the school; this was my second time, and I'll be returning next January to study again. I would LOVE for this SITUATION to be taken into consideration.

Expérience négative: ******** NOTICE: A Very Unprofessional Center for CELPIP Test I took the CELPIP-General test today at Bayswater, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The test supervisor did not put his phone on silent, so it kept ringing with notifications, creating a very distracting environment (can you believe it). On top of that, the candidate next to me spoke loudly during her speaking test, and the supervisor didn’t address it. This made it even harder to focus—especially since I have ADHD. A testing center should provide a quiet and professional environment, but this was not the case here. I do not recommend this center AT ALL!

The staff were always very attentive and the teachers always conducted classes in a proactive manner. I really liked the ways in which the teachers interacted. But I have to highlight two teachers in particular, Mia and Charlotte. These two teachers are more than excellent. I have no words to express how much I learned from them. Unfortunately, I only had classes with them for a short time, but they are certainly the best people and teachers that a school can have.
