Fantastic experience: It was such a good experience, the teachers are really kind and warm. The classes are interesting and there is a good balance between work and games. We are only around 10-12 people in class, so we can improve easily and quickly. Every Friday, the teachers organize an activity, always different and unique, depending on the weather. I highly recommend this school, it’s like a little family and the teachers are really lovely.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Access English School was wonderful, excellent and enriching. A truly inclusive school, I had the opportunity to learn in a spontaneous way, without pressure, but with joy. Classmates and teachers have created a welcoming and familiar environment. Besides the lessons were always clear, engaging and never boring. I found maximum availability and flexibility, I felt at home. It was a fantastic experience, I learned a lot. Thanks to the excellent and amazing teachers, they motivated me and made me more appassionate about learning the language. The experience was incredible, I have met people from different countries in a great classroom atmosphere. I can see already progress in my English, I'm very proud to have been part of this school which helped me to improve drastically my skills. Negative experience: We registered and paid the registration fee through their website. However, for a week I constantly messaged them on WhatsApp and sent emails asking for detailed information, but they didn't respond to any of them. I will be applying for a chargeback from my bank for a refund.

The teachers are amazing, supportive, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping every student improve. Classes are interactive and never boring, which made learning English feel easy and enjoyable. I gained so much confidence in speaking thanks to them. The school is also perfectly located in downtown Toronto, which makes it easy to explore the city after class. Everything is close by public transportation, restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. What really made the experience special were the activities organized by the school. They were fun, well-planned, and a great way to meet people from all over the world while discovering Canadian culture. I would 100% recommend this school to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, and motivating place to learn English. I’m so grateful for my time there!

Fantastic experience: I started this school without being able to speak any English. After attending for three months, I wouldn’t say I can speak fluently, but I can communicate to some extent. All the teachers here are kind, and they always answer my questions politely, no matter when I ask. I really appreciate everything the teachers have done for me.

Fantastic experience: I studied for 6 months in this school which is really great. Thanks to teachers listening to students and dispersing us in classes with people of our level, my English has greatly improved. This school is like a big family where everyone is here for help other.

Fantastic experience: Most of the students were from Europe. Being Japanese wasn't an issue at all. With a maximum of 10 students per class, I felt close to my classmates and teachers, which made it easy to ask questions. The lessons weren't just about textbooks; we also had activities and games. It’s important to be proactive rather than passive. Although the winter weather didn't really suit me, the teachers were all so kind and always made me feel welcome. I’m so grateful to my teachers and friends!

Fantastic experience: 2026年に1ヶ月通いました。トロントで人気のある語学学校は、アジア人の学生が多いと聞いており、それでは英語力向上につながりにくいと感じたため、Accessを選びました。また、少人数制の学校で学びたかったのも理由の一つです。 私が在籍していた時期は、日本人はわずか3人しかおらず、学生の約8割はヨーロッパ出身（特にドイツやフランス）でした。 ある程度英語を学習してきていて、さらに向上心のある学生におすすめできる学校だと思います。 ヨーロッパの学生はアクセントに強い癖があるものの、スピーキング能力は本当に高く、良い刺激になりました。 授業では教科書も使用しますが、ゲームやスピーキングの時間も多く、内容はとても実践的だと感じました。 Dallenはまさに絵に描いたような英語教師で、明るくポジティブ、そして何より生徒一人ひとりに寄り添ってくれる良い先生です。 金曜日のアクティビティは無料で、いろんな場所に連れて行ってくれました。

C'est un endroit idéal pour apprendre correctement l'anglais, faire de belles rencontres avec d'autres élèves venues de l'étrangers et pratiquer ce qui vous a été enseigner. Les classes sont petites et conviviales, des activités variés sont toujours prévues les vendredis pour s'amuser et renforcer les liens. C'est comme une grande famille et vous apprécierez encore plus votre passage au Canada.

Fantastic experience: 初めて登校したときは想像したより小規模な学校で驚きましたが、先生や友達と密に交流できたのは1番の良かった点です。 先生たちは親切で面白いです。途中からマンツーマンレッスンも追加しまして、受講して良かったと思っています。(ただし受講可能かどうかは空き次第かと思います。) この学校にして良かったと思っています。 Bloor Yonge駅から徒歩数分と、交通の便も良いです。 あえて難点を上げるとすれば、比較的小さな学校ゆえにレベル別のクラス数が少なく、ビギナーの私はしばらく苦戦しました。事前にある程度の英語力またはコミュニケーション能力があればそれほど気にならないかもしれません。

Fantastic experience: It’s the perfect environment to learn English. Compared to other schools, most students here follow the English-only rule, which makes a big difference. The class levels were customized for each subject based on my strengths and weaknesses, so I could learn in the way that suited me best. Both the teachers and students were amazing, and I was able not only to improve my English skills but also to have an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic experience: I chose ACCESS because it offered a demi-pair program. As someone who loves children, I was drawn to this program since taking care of the host kids helped me keep my living costs low, so I participated for two years in a row. My host families were wonderful, and the kids were so cute that I couldn’t help but cry when it was time to say goodbye. Working 20 hours a week was just right—not too busy, not too slow—so I could spend weekdays with my host families and weekends with friends. Although I chose this school mainly for the demi-pair program, I also met amazing teachers and made friends not only from my class but from other classes too. We had lunch together, joined Friday free activities, and enjoyed our days off, which made my experience even more fulfilling. I’m truly grateful to ACCESS for giving me such a life-changing experience!

Fantastic experience: Je recommande vivement les cours à Accès English! J’y aie passé trois mois et mon anglais c’est vachement amélioré. Il y a plusieurs niveaux qui va de 1 à 7-8 et cela permet de se retrouver dans des petites classes. Cette avantage permet d’évoluer plus vite et de poser plus de questions. Les professeurs sont incroyables! Ils sont attentifs et chaleureux. On se sent toute de suite à sa place dans cette école. De même que les autres élèves. De plus, les cours sont bien organisés, on touche à tous les domaines (compréhension oral, grammaire,…) Je conseille de rester au mieux 5 mois pour bien s’améliorer mais si vous rester que trois mois comme moi, vous verrez quand même votre anglais s’améliorer :) Foncez et prenez des cours à Access English. !!!

Fantastic experience: Great school with excellent professionals running it. I took a group of Spanish students to the Summer School in Hamilton and the experience couldn´t have been better. The teachers and the activity leaders organised fantastic classes and activities who kept all the kids engaged and motivated and the families were friendly and welcomed us all as new members of their families. Definitely a place to consider if you are planning to go to a summer school to have an unforgettable experience!

My experience there was perfect. I wouldn’t change something if I would do it again. The teachers were really nice, helpful, good at teaching. And if they were problems, the school would always help and give some guidance. A really good memory and I totally recommend to get there ! Thanks a lot for everything.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful time during my one week stay. The classes are just the right size, teachers and students are motivated and each lesson appealingly structured. Especially the conversation training was a lot of fun and really unlocked my understanding of the English language. It was the cherry on top of my trip to Canada!

Negative experience: Edit: Nach meiner Rezension wurden mir plötzlich die extra Stunden angeboten, allerdings auch mit der Bitte meine Rezension zu löschen. Ich war nicht zufrieden. Mein gebuchter Kurs hatte 3 Teilnehmer mehr als angegeben, aus "Kulanz" wollte man mir eine extra private Stunde gewähren. Eine hatte ich bereits wegen des Ausfalls eines ganzen Schultages wegen Schnee bekommen. Nun habe ich die Schule dreimal kontaktiert um die andere Stunde online erhalten zu können, aber bekomme keine Antwort. Die Lehrer waren sehr sehr nett, aber der Inhalt des Kurses war einfach nicht ausreichend. Ich bin unzufrieden und halte den Preis für überteuert für die Leistung, die inhaltlich mehr als unzureichend war.

Die gesamte Atmosphäre ist extrem familiär und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Es ist faszinierend das Darren ( einer der Chefs) sich jeden Namen der einzelnen Schüler merken kann. Man kann jederzeit Fragen stellen egal ob zum Unterricht oder für private Aktivitäten:) Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann jedem diese Schule zum Englisch lernen empfehlen! Positive experience: I particularly liked the small classes, the good location, the regular joint excursions and the friendly teachers at Access English School. I also got to know lots of great people from around the world and am still in regular contact with some of them. I can only recommend the school and the city of Torono for a language study trip. Alo's tip: arrive a little early on the first day of school. The entrance is a bit difficult to find.

Fantastic experience: Acces English est vraiment une bonne école pour apprendre l’anglais. Repartis sur 7 niveaux différents, les professeurs font attention à chaque élèves et à sa bonne integration. Étant une petite école ( une dizaine par classe ) il est beaucoup plus simple et rapide d’améliorer son anglais. Les locaux sont propres et modernes, on s’y sent vraiment bien !! J’y suis restée 3 mois en tant que fille au pair, et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir!

Positive experience: I do not have anything to say but good things about my experience at Access. My medical English class was not what I had expected at first, but as more students joined, the dynamics changed for the better. My teacher from medical English was nice and understanding, and the learning process went well. All in all, Access was a great learning experience but they need to pay attention to how some students feel entitled to act like superiors and do not understand that the learning process is different for every person and that creates a toxic environment.

Negative experience: BEWARE! Very unhealthy environment where students segregate others based on the country or region they come from. If you’re from Latin America or Asia, for example, keep away from this place unless you enjoy feeling humiliated by Europeans, who will make questions like why you dye your arm hair blonde if it is dark claiming for themselves an arrogant pseudo-superiority by saying that they are authentically blonde. Ridiculous! An international language school is supposed to be a place of diversity and cultural integration. Yet, discrimination rules at ACCESS ENGLISH!!!

Negative experience: Never again! I was subject a very embarrassing situation by my teacher at Access English just because of the perfume scent I usually wear. When I spoke with the manager in charge about the episode, it was much worse: he embarrassed me publicly, in front many other students, saying horrendous things about my perfume scent. No one expects to be treated like this when enrolls to study English at a language school. It was an outrageous experience. AND DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE. YOU WILL NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY KEPT WITH THEM $620 REFERRING TO CLASSES THAT I PAID AND WON’T ATTEND BECAUSE OF THE HUMILIATING SITUATION THEY CREATED.

Positive experience: Ich werde die Zeit dort nie vergessen. Man trifft so viele tolle Menschen und es entstehen Freundschaften fürs Leben. Mit den Lehrern hat man auch ein tolles Verhältnis. Man kann es nicht mit "normaler" Schule vergleichen. Also im positiven Sinne.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of fun. I developed my English and broke the language barrier. I have met many people from different countries, cultures and religions. It was a very intense time for me. Every week we wrote essays, prepared presentations and we had a grammar or vocabulary test. We had an interesting time during the extra activities. Positive experience: Such a great school with awesome teachers and students. Just the courses were a little bit crowded when I was there, but the problem was quickly acknowledged and solved by the schools authorities. All in all, being in the Access English school made my experience of being in Canada a lot better and eventful and i like to think that the school played a decent role in improving my English skills aswell :).

Negative experience: I had attended this school last year from April for 4 months. A few teachers were great cuz they tried to explain grammar specifically. However, unfortunately some of teachers couldn’t explain about grammar. They excused that they were native speaker, so they said I didn’t have to think too much about it. That is ridiculous. Everyone who want to attend such a language school are willing to learn English grammatically and logically. I learned just because teachers are native speakers, it doesn’t mean they are good at teaching. I hope the circumstances are better.

Fantastic experience: I would like to recommend this institute to the students in Asia. I was the only Korean and Asian in my class, so I had a lot of chances to have fun and interesting conversations with various students from Europe and Mexico. I absolutely enjoyed the classes and learned a lot from wonderful teachers and lovely friends, even though it was a short period, just 3 weeks. I also loved the free Friday activities which were able to have chances to have fun in the popular places in Toronto and to talk with other students more than in the classroom!

Unfortunately, the nationalities in classes are not really mixed and sometimes people speak in their own langage. Teachers are amazing which helps a lot to learn and understand more with game and exercises. It is so nice not to be judged when you make a mistake. The school have free Friday activities every week, it is so nice to discover Toronto for free and learn more about other students. It's really a friendly school.

Ich habe durch meinen Aufenthalt und durch die Schule viel gelernt und konnte sehr viel mitnehmen, bin erwachsener geworden und habe gelernt auch mit Fehlern oder Problemen umzugehen.
